Cadence Cyclery, a local bike shop with 2 locations in McKinney and Highland Village Texas, was ready to take the leap into digital marketing. 

Due to having a website that was not very informative, was not at all responsive to mobile devices, and was extremely limited on capabilities, before starting anything, it was time for a total website redesign!

Saying Thank You To Customers

To say thank you to their customers, Cadence Cyclery wanted to roll out a loyalty program for those who were not apart of Team Cadence Cyclery. 
I worked with Cadence Cyclery, Lightspeed (their point-of-sale), and Thirdshelf (loyalty software) to implement a rewards program that would not only help Cadence Cyclery gain customers but increase their customers loyalty, which is exactly what we did. 
They are now able to reward customers for shopping with them, as well as check analytics on customer loyalty and send out re-engagement campaigns to bring customers back in the door.

Staying In Contact With Email

Email has proven to be still today an extremely effective form of not only digital marketing but also (and more importantly) communicating with your customers. 

Working with Cadence I have tried to take a note out of the highly enjoyable Chubbies Email Newsletter by keeping the email fun, short, and to the point.

No fluff. No spamming. Personalized content. And only being sent when it is about something worth sending. 

Social Media/Content Marketing & Paid Media

The state of the internet. Being where it matters, when it matters, and creating content that connects to those it matters to. That is what I do, down to the letter. 

Social media and content marketing are definitely the things I know best, and I am able to work with Cadence Cyclery to push content around specific sales, upcoming events, or any other content that they would like. We have been working on 30 & 90 day campaigns to test engagement and ROI on the different campaigns directed towards different demographics.

We are also running Facebook Ads for Cadence Cyclery's RETUL fits and Rewards Club, which have shown great results.

Increasing Connivence For Customers

Bike fits are a major part of the services that Cadence Cyclery offers to customers, but it has always lacked ease of access and was often un-organized. 

To fix this, I worked with vCita to integrate their scheduling software into their new website so that customers could easily go on and schedule their bike fits. This also increased efficiency at the shops by eliminating the confusion of if someone had a fit, when they had a fit, and/or who the fit was for.
